OOTD Post #24 | Nude is the new Black

Hey there my lovelies,

Welcome back to my Blog.

So you all know that I attend the International Night of Culture through Fashion a few weeks back and as the invite came with a dress of Fabulous you know me I had to go all out and why wouldn’t you, right, when considering the beautiful backdrop of Verdala Palace.

I have been wanting to collaborate with locally based designer Nilara for a while now.  I have witnessed two great fashion shows by the brand during previous Mercedes-Benz fashion week (catch the latest post here if you wish) and I was eagerly awaiting the right occasion.  So when this invitation came along needless to say I went to check out their latest collection at the flagship store situated at Main Street Shopping Complex in Paola.

I loved to whole shop layout where you can see all the dresses displayed beautiful and as you can easily guess I totally gravitated towards nude, I tried countless pieces until my heart rested on this one.

To compliment the dress I trusted my beloved Marlene Vassallo to create the beautiful updo whilst Christa my current makeup artist created yet another beautiful look using some Jlo’s eyeshadow by Inglot Malta to create the soft look compliment with bright highlight 🙂
